Application Fees

YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT

You must submit a $45 application fee (per applicant) before it will be processed.

You must also supply a copy of your driver's license and proof of income (i.e. last two paystubs or two years of tax returns, if self-employed).

You can mail a money order or cashier's check to:  Vaughn Properties, PO Box 8384, Boise  ID  83707.  Please include your name on the payment.

You can also drop off an application fee, etc.  to our office located at:  6126 W. State St., Boise  ID  83703.
